 ded to sixth place\n \nEntries must be made in advance.\n \n \nRules\n\nEn
 tries close at midnight on the Monday prior to the competition after which
  a late entry fee will apply until Saturday lunchtime.\nTimes will be post
 ed on the website by the Thursday prior to the competition.\nPlease keep t
 o time to ensure everyone's enjoyment – failure to do so may result in you
  forfeiting the class.\nRefunds are only available up until the Tuesday pr
 ior to the competition\, unless the class is cancelled.\nRosettes are awar
 ded to sixth place.\nJunior/Senior entries will only be split in a class i
 f there are at least three of each\nThe organisers shall not be liable for
  any claims in respect of damage or accident to any person\, whether compe
 titor\, servant\, spectator\, horse\, vehicle or property howsoever caused
  in conjunction or arising out of the competition. \nAll classes will be p
 erformed in conjunction with British Dressage rules.\nIt is MANDATORY for 
 all competitors/riders to wear a helmet to current safety standards (eg AS
 TMF1163 or PAS015 but please check the BE rulebook for a full list) at all
  times when mounted on Ivesley Equestrian property.\nLungeing is not permi
 tted by competitors anywhere on Ivesley Equestrian property.\nDogs are to 
 be kept on leads at all times and must not be brought into the indoor aren
 a viewing gallery.\nSmoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.\n A
 ll horses must be vaccinated to date and not be carriers of any infectious
  or contagious diseases.\nPassports must be available for inspection. Hors
 e must be up to date with flu vaccs. Annual booster to be have done within
  a year.\nWarm up is to take place in designated area only. \nThe judge's 
 decision is final. \nAny competitor under 18 must be accompanied and super
 vised by an adult at all times. \nThe management and organisers reserve th
 e right to alter/amend the rules at their discretion.\nNo competitor or sp
 ectator may enter the livery buildings or touch any liveried horses at Ive
 sley.\n\nTack and Equipment\nThe following are permitted:\n\nEnglish type 
 saddles including treeless\nIntro\, Preliminary and Novice tests – snaffle
  bridles only\nElementary and medium tests – ordinary snaffle or double br
 idles\nNosebands are obligatory (drop\, flash\, cavesson or grackle with a
  snaffle and a cavesson with a double bridle)\nDiscreet padding of the bri
 dle at the poll or noseband\nNose nets that are discreet covering the nose
  only and leaving the mouth and bit visible\nBreastplates\nNeckstraps – Pr
 elim level\nAnti fly impregnated brow-bands or fly discs\nEar covers and f
 ly hoods (premitted for all competition)- ear covers must not cover the ho
 rse's eyes. Noise reduction ear covers are permitted\nNumnahs and saddle c
 lothes (logo no more than 14cmx14cm)\nStallion disc MUST be displayed on e
 ach side of a stallions bridle at all times\nSide saddles\, those choosing
  to ride side saddle should notify the organiser before the start of the c
 lass so the judge can be informed\n\nThe following are NOT permitted:\n\nM
 artingales\nBit guard\, tongue guard or tongue strap\nBoots and bandages (
 except when warming up)\nSubstitutes for conventional shoes except in warm
  up\nElasticated reins\nSaddle covers and seat savers\nMarket Harboroughs\
 , side\, draw\, check or running reins\nHackamores and other bitless bridl
 es\nBlinkers or hoods\nEar plugs\nFine wire\, twine or cord round the hors
 es mouth\nFull faced fly shields\nSheepskin cheek pieces or any other atta
 chment which may affect horse's vision\n\nEquipment\n\nWhips are allowed i
 n all competition including championships\nSpurs with necks set on the ins
 ide of the heel\, roughened or cutting edges serrated spurs with or withou
 t necks are NOT permitted\nSpurs must be worn with the curve directed down
 wards. Spurs must be made of metal and in their manufactured state.\nDummy
  spurs are permitted as are swan neck spurs\nCruppers and balancing straps
  are not permitted\nYou may not warm up in equipment not permitted for the
