In entering the event you a re agreeing to those terms\, so please read them.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCompetition Guidelines\n\n\n\nEntries must be made in advance.\nEntries close at midn ight on the Monday prior to the competition\, after which a late entry fee will apply.\nNot before times will be posted on the website by the Thursd ay prior to the competition.\nRefunds are only available up until the Tues day prior to the competition\, unless the class is cancelled.\nJunior/Seni or entries will only be split in a class if there are at least three of ea ch.\nThe organisers shall not be liable for any claims in respect of damag e or accident to any person\, whether competitor\, servant\, spectator\, h orse\, vehicle or property howsoever caused in conjunction or arising out of the competition.\nAll classes will be performed in conjunction with BSJ A rules.\nIt is mandatory for all competitors/riders to wear a helmet to c urrent safety standards at all times when mounted on Ivesley Equestrian pr operty.\nLunging is not permitted by competitors anywhere on Ivesley Eques trian property.\nDogs are to be kept on leads at all times and must not be brought into the indoor arena viewing gallery.\nSmoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.\nAll horses must be vaccinated to date and not b e carriers of any infectious or contagious diseases.\nPassports must be av ailable for inspection.
